Spectrio’s creative organization operated at significant scale, supporting a wide range of audio, video, animation, strategy, and in-store media needs. The opportunity was to strengthen creative quality, develop talent, modernize pricing, and create a clearer path for advanced creative services to generate revenue. Chad worked alongside two fellow directors to help lead the organization and build systems that could serve both existing and new clients.
